by Jacky NewcombI can see Angels

I Can See Angels is a delightful new collection of real-life angel encounters: fascinating and comforting, it shows you that there is always an angel by your side.

As Jacky described in her book, just reading about angels can truly lift your spirit. And that is certainly what reading this book did for me. The book technically is not just about angel encounters as there are also many encounters with departed loved ones (including pets!). Isn’t it a wonderful thought not only angels are there for us, but we also are supported by departed loved ones?

Apart from many encounter stories is a wealth of information about angels, their signs and how to connect to them.

This book is lovely reading material for both those new to angels and those who already work with them, and want to enjoy angel energy and inspiration.

This is described as a “cookbook of energy” with instructions on the use of candle magic, meditation, manifesting prosperity, finding love and attracting your guides and Angels. The recipes are stated as special ways to facilitate energetic shifts and releases in your life through creating herbal incense for body mind and spirit. Instructions are clear and easy to follow – how to prepare yourself through simple rituals and then how to prepare the incense and go into a meditation to achieve the desired outcome. The chakra system is well explained and an incense recipe described to open each of these energy centres. Seasonal recipes, ones to draw fairies and elves; spirits; animal totems; prosperity and love are all given in detail. The wholesale suppliers in the book are all in the States, but a quick investigation on the Internet easily found suppliers in the UK.

A quick and easy book to read for anyone interested in an introduction to the preparation of incense for body, mind and spirit.

by Dr Silvia HartmannMagic, Spells & Potions

This is a bright, fresh, joyful and practical guide to magic, perfect for the 21st Century. When I first picked this book up I expected it to be full of spells, a recipe book for witches if you like. I could not have been more wrong. Starfields introduces the ways of using magic in connection with the guides and angels we may already be working with in a fun and constructive way. You are given practical steps in which to gather the tools needed for any particular ritual. It is made very clear how using magic in everyday life you are able to help yourself and others with this very powerful tool.

I found this book both informative and inspirational from the first to the last page. If your idea of magic is a toothless, warty hag sitting with a cauldron conjuring up all manner of things and using questionable ingredients to do it, think again. I have learnt from reading this book that magic is a very powerful accessory to have at your disposal – it is fun, and can give very valuable help to those who ask for it.

If you are looking for a way of solving problems in your life, or the life of someone you know, get this book and follow the steps Starfields gives you. You never know it may just work.

Soul Angelsby Jenny Smedley

Do you ever wonder if you might have had a past life, and how it might affect you today? Do you ever dream that your connections to angels might be even closer than you thought?

This book brings these two concepts together in a dramatic revelation that will forever change the way you see yourself. Take a journey with Jenny Smedley as she explores and explains past lives and how they contribute to problems you might have today.

Discover the real you, and be prepared to be surprised and amazed at the wondrous being you’ll find. Soul Angels delves into angelic realms that you never dreamed existed, and shows you the path to true inner happiness.

This book is well written and reads like a wonderful novel. It takes you on a journey showing how past lives affect people’s current problems. It tells us that we do not only have guardian angels but also a Soul Angel that watches over all our incarnations and helps us keep on our true life’s path. The amazing news is that we are in truth a part of this Soul Angel, a little fraction of it that was sent to earth to learn, grow and experience. Thus, we are in truth of angelic origin. What a wonderful thought!

In this book all current problems are linked to past life trauma’s and the answer to this is to find a regression therapist to work through these past life issues. Though I find it an intriguing idea, I do wonder if there are not other ways to go about this without being dependant on an external.

All in all, a book well worth reading.

By Francesca Brown

My Whispering Angels is the extraordinary story of an ordinary Irish wife and mother blessed with an incredible gift. Francesca faced the dawn of the new millennium debilitated by ill-health and despair, without any hope or faith in her future. This was until the loving angels and spirits that she remembered watching over her as a young girl returned to save her in adulthood. We are taken on a wondrous journey of self-discovery as Francesca describes how the angels helped her to recover from her illness and taught her how to use her gift to guide others to lives enriched with hope and purpose.

I found I just could not put this book down. The unswerving unconditional love of angels is described in great detail, as is the long and sometimes arduous journey Francesca made over nine years to a wonderful and deep relationship with them; a relationship that continues and grows.

This is an enthralling and remarkable story – a vivid testament to the transformations that can occur if you open your eyes and your heart to hope.

These cards have been sitting in my kitchen for a few weeks now and all visitors, whether young or old, spiritually challenged or not, seem compelled to pick them up and try them. My young children love them also so I would say that they have a universal appeal. They are also proving to be startlingly accurate and easy to understand both for those just beginning to open to angelic wisdom and for those who have been aware for some time, so their messages work on many levels. The affirmations are simple yet effective and they have a light, soft energy radiating from them and look very beautiful as well.

The advice of the angels is always appreciated and such an easy accessible format to hear their wisdom is always appreciated.
