by Jude CurrivanHope

This book will resonate with anyone who has read James Redfield’s Celestine series, as Jude goes into fascinating detail about how nations have achieved the generic psyche for which they are famous, that resonates with the Second Insight in particular. Seeing the longer sweep of history and how it has shaped the development of individual and collective consciousness is at the heart of the message of HOPE – for only by understanding the reasons and traumas behind the madness of the world can we HOPE to heal it.

The book ‘investigates how different groups and countries reflect and embody the same themes and issues that we experience on an individual human level. It reveals how the history of different areas of conflict around the world and our collective fear-based behaviours are based on traumas that we have energetically continued to resonate with – and crucially, how to heal and release them.’  It also investigates the cosmic phenomena that have contributed to the development of national attributes; by examining the astrological charts of the birth of those nations, and major world events; as well as looking forward to see what the planets have to show us about current developments and the immediate future for the planet as a whole.  Jude’s message is one of deep and inspiring HOPE, collected through her many journeys as a cosmologist and healer.

As Einstein famously once said, “you cannot heal an issue from the level at which it occurred”. Therefore, we need a larger perspective and higher vision to heal the rifts and traumas that are still being perpetuated all over the globe. Jude’s book attempts to provide us with just that, so that we can further our own journey to wholeness and even, perhaps, help our world, and Gaia herself, on the path to a joyous Shift of Consciousness.

The end of the Mayan calendar is fast approaching, a time when many people believe a major change is coming. As Jude shows in this book, we can all contribute to make that change smoother and more painless for ourselves, our human family, and our beloved planet.

Understanding Fractal Time by Gregg BradenUnderstanding Fractal Time

The ancient civilisation of the Maya created a calendar that is still incredibly accurate today. Through observation of the stars they developed an understanding of the patterns of history and the ages of humankind, and even calculated exact dates when new ages would begin. The next age is set to begin on 21st December 2012.

This is the first book I’ve read which explains the reasons behind the 2012 date and its critical nature. The kali age’s end is linked with December 31st 2012, as well as a greater precessional time cycle that has been running through all the zodiacal signs for about 26,000 years. It describes why the kali age has been so dark, and is because the Earth has been orbiting far from the centre of the Milky Way, and is now returning, which is confirmed by the new wave of spiritual motivation across the world. He also links to the Hopi Prophecy, synchronicity between historical events and much more.

The well-researched and explanatory presentation of facts is held in 300 pages worth of fascinating insights. The most important fact is to choose the good red road, or the road of cooperation with humanity and nature in order to make for a smooth passage beyond 2012, for cataclysms of the past meant that the wrong choices were made. Also, it is important to be resourceful and amass skills for the benefit of our new age to come.

Drawing upon the elaborate and infinite patterns observable in nature, Gregg Braden shows the systems that lie behind the shaping of history.

by Rob UnderhillSecrets of the Stones

An inspirational film written and produced by Rob Underhill who has studied the ancient world through the perspective of spiritual archaeology. It explores the hidden mysteries of the ‘Secrets of the Stones’ through the eyes and wisdom of the ancient cultures of the Mayan, Egyptian and Peruvian epochs. The visuals are accompanied by music specially composed at Mount Shasta by Paul Armitage to create a meditative journey of the soul.

This DVD is an evocative overview of the stone structures of ancient cultures, with the aim of encouraging people to discover for themselves the deeply spiritual elements to be found within these cultures.

I found it particularly interesting that there are many strong links with beings from space linking back to the time when men and women walked with those beings from the stars. There are many signs and hints pointed out to us on the stone architecture, including the solar cross that can be seen all over the world. We also get to meet Dr Cabrera who has compiled a 60 million year old library of carved Peruvian stones, showing images dating back to the dinosaurs.

The commentary, visual imagery and atmospheric music combine to provide a truly watchable film that is also very meditative.
